Port Creek Whiskies are bottled directly from the cask. 

This process means the whisky, when bottled, is 100% natural from the barrel. Non-flocked, non-chill filtered, no preservatives, additives or artificial colours. 

Port Creek small batch release contains 100% of the natural oils and fats in the barrel. 

Our whiskies will appear naturally cloudy and hazy. This is perfectly normal, and we know it makes the whisky retain more flavour and creates a more exciting texture on the palate, providing a greater tasting experience.

Australian Whisky is going through an exciting period as it emerges from the 'New World' label into its own world-recognised authentic whisky style.

At Port Creek, we mature Australian malt and grain spirits in sustainable, recoopered barrels and incorporate our own unique style to make whisky that can be a voice in that unfolding “New World” conversation about distinctive flavours and technique.
